Where were your hookahs made and how do I know I’m getting the highest quality products?				Our hookahs are custom designed and each component of the hookah is made from the highest quality materials and hand crafted in the heart of Egypt.
I’ve seen hookahs in Middle Eastern shops and grocery stores that are cheaper and look nice…so why should I buy your hookahs?				We’ve researched what it takes to make a high quality hookah and there are a lot of companies out there with good-looking hookahs that are made from poor materials. These cheaper, lower quality hookahs will break on you within six months. You get what you pay for and our hookahs will last you a life time!
Does the size of the hookah matter or effect the quality of the smoke?				The answer to this question is ‘yes’ and ‘no.’ We’ve done our research and performed numerous tests. There is such a thing as too small of a hookah. We’ve concluded that anything over 24 inches doesn’t significantly effect the smoking experience. Obviously, the glass chamber on the larger hookahs is larger allowing for more smoke to build up but the smoking experience is not noticeably different.
I’m hesitant to order a hookah because it looks really complicated to set up and use and I don’t know how to use one?				The truth is the hookah is really easy to use. All our hookahs come with set up instructions and you can always email us or call us with any questions or concerns.
What is the proper proportion of charcoals and tobacco I should order?				Every three 250 gr. containers of flavored shisha tobacco needs one box of “quick lighting charcoals” or one bag of “natural charcoals.”
How long does the flavored shisha tobacco last, will it spoil?				Our tobacco is of the highest quality. As long as it remains in an air tight container (i.e. tupperware or some other container such as a ziplock bag), the shisha tobacco will remain fresh for at least six months.
Can a multiple hose hookah be used as a single hose hookah and is the smoking experience just as good?				The smoking experience on our multiple hose hookahs is just as good as our single hose hookahs. Our multiple hose hookahs come with ‘black rubber stoppers’ to seal the extra hoses when they are not in use. Therefore, a three hose hookah can be used as a double hose and single hose hookah. A double hose hookah can be used as a single hose hookah.
I’m not getting enough smoke, what am I doing wrong?				The most likely reason is your hookah is not air tight. Double check the connections between the metal shaft / glass base, metal shaft / hose, and metal shaft /c clay bowl. After you’ve checked to ensure your hookah is air tight, the other reason could be that you don’t have enough charcoals on your clay bowl. Make sure to keep the charcoal around the edge of the hookah bowl. Finally, make sure your clay bowl isn’t clogged. Sometimes the tobacco gets stuck in the holes of the clay bowl.
The smoke is too harsh, what am I doing wrong?				The most likely reason is that you have too many charcoals on your bowl. Remove some charcoals and if it is still harsh then that means you burnt the tobacco and will have to re-pack a new bowl. Another problem could be too many / too big of holes poked into the aluminum foil. Make sure you don’t have old or stale water which can contribute to the harsh taste.

Do you know how to make a hookah or have any shisha recipes?				Making a hookah or the flavored shisha tobacco is a very difficult arduous process. This is not something that can be easily duplicated and made at home.
Do you carry Turkish hookah(s) or Turkish tobacco?				Our hookah and flavored tobacco are made in the Middle East. The ones you've seen in Turkey are actually from the Middle East and the are simply imported into Turkey.
