My girlfriend bought a hookah from here for my birthday and even though the one she ordered was out of stock, you guys understood that she really wanted to have it ready for my birthday and you worked with her to change the order appropriately... I already took advantage of this 8 year celebration and await my next set of goodies with anticipation. :) But for you bloggers I have a suggestion for the site that would help others make a great decision in regard to buying hookahs and accessories. Maybe you can put a section on the site that has the most popular (highest rated and sold maybe?) items on your website. The customer feedback on this website is really helpful, but sorting all of it out would be even greater! :) Overall, this company really is something else, even if I havent known about it for as long as most. I have seen this truly good-hearted internet tobacco retail store blossom into one of the worlds greatest hookah shops to purchase from. And it's true, life and hookahs are not always perfect, that's why we are always very understanding and always willing to help whenever it comes to addressing problems. I have learned quite a bit and as you must be, I am very appreciative about the quality company, this family has worked hard to create. Enjoy the sale and stock up yall!
