How to assemble your Rotating hookah:

1. Fill the hookah base with water

Use just enough water to submerge the downstem about ½ inches to 1 inch. This may be easiest to accomplish by unscrewing the hookah shaft from the hub, and pouring water through the small opening that remains. It may be helpful to hold the shaft adjacent to the rotating hookah base (at the same height it would be sitting in the base) when adding water to get an accurate measurement.

2. Insert the hookah shaft into the hub.

The hookah shaft and downstem assembly simply thread into the hole atop the hookah hub. It is important to make sure that the connection is secure to avoid air leaks, but please be careful not to over tighten the shaft and hub connection.

3. Attach the hookah hose to the hookah.

Place the hookah hose into the hose adapter. Make sure to use a hookah hose grommet to ensure an airtight seal. The hose grommet can be identified as the longer, skinnier grommet included with your hookah. It may be helpful to insert the hose with a twisting motion. Repeat this step as many times as necessary for multi-hose hookahs.

4. Put a hookah mouth tip on the hose.

The hookah mouth tip is inserted into the end of the hose. Mouth tips are not required to smoke your hookah but are used for sanitary purposes when smoking with multiple people (each person should use their own mouth tip).

5. Place the hookah tray on top of the hookah shaft.

Place the hookah tray on top of the shaft. The tray should firmly “snap” in place. It may take a bit of force to “lock” the tray in place and make the tray stable, this is normal.

6. Put a hookah bowl grommet on the hookah bowl stem.

Hookah bowl grommets ensure an airtight seal between the bowl stem at the top of the shaft and the bowl itself. You are now ready to prepare your hookah bowl!
