I purchased 2 of the blue webbed ones - They are absolutely beautiful! Also I love the feeling of glass over plastic - HOWEVER, there are 2 problems; 1 They break very easy - I dropped it from about 2 feet onto carpet and the ball part snapped, the rest of it seems fairly sturdy though - 2 They don't fit the best, whenever I set it down and pick it up again I tend to have to push it in again to keep a good seal - Still, an overall good and beautiful product:
Wonderful product, I noticed less restriction on the smoke flow the moment I tried it -
Hands down better than standard nammor mouthpiece - It does improve airflow as others have said and is easy to clean - Only complaint is the adaptor for the nammor hose doesn't fit as seemlessly as I 'd personally like - I also forsee the the adaptor breaking over time as it is merely a thin ring of rubber - There are no functional flaws however with this product out of the box and I highly recommend it -
I bought the Red Bubble - For not being much more expensive than a regular mouthpiece, this really does add a nice touch to any hookah - If you're using a Nammor hose and, really, why wouldn't you? you'll need a thin grommet to make a good seal - If you don't have one handy, you'll have to push the mouthpiece gently to make it work - Bonus: With the glass, you can see the smoke in the hose after you pull - While the water is moving in the hookah, you can watch the smoke move around in the mouthpiece - It entertained me, anyway -

Got the wave tip - Using it for the first time now and I LOVE it - Using it on a washable host I got locally might fit better in the nammor hoses but I don't have one and I found that electrical tape instead of the grommet works better - Nice snug fit now and it's working great!
Honestly, this will make the air flow of your Nammor 10 times better - I purchased the red 4 inch one for my red Nammor and it's the best hookah experience I've had since I started smoking hookah 3 years ago - Better than the Mya ice hose and the mystic ice attachment for the Nammor - The glass will chill the hit better than anything you have to put in the freezer - I highly suggest one of these if you are looking at buying or already have a Nammor - I was so pleased, I bought the Larger 10 in - and if you're worried about the seal, the tip sits a good 2 inches in the hose for a complete air tight hit -
