When this hookah got here, I was well surprised by just how just pretty it really is. The small details really make it. However, it really is handmade, and as such there are a few small imperfections that I can imagine would be found on almost every one of these hookahs. If you want a hookah that looks perfect, go for a Mya. The pull on this is very good, it is completely airtight and as you would imagine smokes extremely well. The auto-seal system works without any fuss whatsoever. What more, they accidentally forgot to send a couple freebies that are supposed to come with it, and after contacting them they managed to send them out within a day. Overall this is a fantastic hookah that I would recommend to anyone to buy.
I bought this hookah over a year ago, and from the start, it didn't seem to work properly. Initially, the ball-bearings that create the auto-seal system were too small, so they often got stuck in the shaft, making it nearly impossible for smooth, easy inhaling. After working with customer service, they told us to push the bearings down into the shaft, and sent us replacement ball bearings. Bad idea. Now, the smaller balls get stuck in the whole, so it's totally clogged and unusable. I also noticed that the base is very wobbly, and the shaft does not seal well with the base. The detail on the Hookah base is mediocre, but the shaft looks nice. Maybe this incident was just a fluke, I'm not sure, but I think there are better hookahs out there at Hookah-Shisha.com for better prices. I just bought a new Mya QT after smoking out of it at a local hookah bar - it was amazing!
When I opened it up there was dings on it and a bent hose connector. Didn't affect the smoking that much though. It isn't air tight. My KM is better. The base grommet broke after a week. Contacted hookah-shisha and they sent me another one. Great customer service. The hookah tilts no matter what you do. You don't get a lot of pull of smoke out of it because the stem is so short. There are many better hookahs out there for cheaper.
The stem is nice and solid feeling, the vase feels a little cheap though. It smokes incredibly well!
I did A LOT of research before buying this piece and I am so glad I did. First time buyer, forever returning customer. It smokes AMAZING! Easy set up. The stem is so strong you could literally us it as a weapon! All the stuff that comes with it is amazing as well. Great customer service. I will be recommending this hookah to EVERYONE I see! There were no intructions to come along with the assmembly....which for an ameture shisha smoking can be tricky! I purchased the 2 hose hookah and one of the hoses does not work, it is some how clooged. I also notice that on the glass base there was paint missing big blothes. I was expecting it to be of better more ornate design. It was on the generic side of design.
This was my second hookah and it was excellent. The auto-seal works great. The design and detail is second to none. I would recommend this hookah to anyone who wants an excellent hookah that has style.
This is my first purchase and the hookah is everything I expected and more. Service was excellent as well. Beautiful to look at, well made and functional. The auto seal system works great.
