I am very pleased with this purchase - I bought this for my husband and I pretty much the only two hookah smokers in the house thinking it might hold three-ish natural coals - I was surprised when it came,the thing is HUGE! This particular item is not for looks. The way I use it is I place my natural coals inside of the ladel part and just leave it on the stove. The heat does change some of the metal, and becareful with first time use. The dust from the packaging can create a weird smell, but other than that it's great!
This product as stated by the CSR is a lil sharp. The thing opended itself the moment recieved it. Its not pretty so its not a good decoration piece but if you have a fire pit like I do or go camping alot like I do this thing rocks. Fill it with natural coal and just stick the ladel in the fire. Once your coals are lit just let it sit on its sharp lil pan and take the coasl as you need them. Just be warned....Its a bunc of sheetmetal bent together thus, its sharp!
