The Medium size has elastic straps underneath the lid to secure the downstem, hose, and stem component. It is also available in a yellow color and with a combination lock.
Important: Please make sure to properly measure the dimensions of your hookah and make sure that it will fit before ordering (see the size guidelines below). These cases are made to fit small and medium sized Chinese-style hookahs that have components that break down into smaller pieces, including the downstem. These cases are
NOT compatible with tall hookahs or hookahs that have a welded-on downstem, such as Nammor Hookahs, Egyptian Hookahs, Rotating Hookahs, Khalil Mamoon Hookahs, or Syrian Hookahs.
