I got it about a month ago, and I'm extremely satisfied so far. It smokes well and looks better than any other hookah I've ever seen. One problem I've had, however, is that it either: 1 doesn't have auto-seal, or 2 the auto-seal came broken. I'm inclined to believe the latter is the case, as I found a couple little balls rolling around the box when I first got it in the mail, and I have no clue how to fix it. All things considered, though, it's still a great hookah when you take into consideration the price and all the free goodies you get.
This was the first Hooka I owned. Some friends and I pooled our money together and bought this an Abyss. It was great the hooka lasted almost a year before it stopped giving a good smoke.
Upon first inspection out of the bubble wrap I notice that the stem (made of wood) has a chip in it... nothing a little paint can't cure. I also noticed that there is a small section where the stem parts screw together that is not painted or sealed (I'm worried about water soaking in during washing) Them entire stem was slightly bent (again not a big deal) and one of the hose valves is almost stripped (tightening it by hand makes it slip and completely unloosen) Those flaws aside I set it up for my first smoke, only to realize that the hoses are not autoseal (good thing I bought the rubber caps...) The smoke was great. Nice, cool, thick, and flavorful. I also noticed that I did not get all the "free gifts" I did not find a charcoal screen, wind cover or base protector with my hookah but im going to double check the packaging. Sure I didn't have a fantastic experience with the asthetics of this hookah but the smoking experience from it was wonderful. Not to mention that even with the minor flaws the hookah still looks great. So I'll be getting out my paint brush and picking up some ball bearings. PS I don't recommend the "Cocktail" flavor... tasted like rubbing alchol with a hint of grape.
I've had this hookah for a good 6 months and its the best. I had an Egyptian before and this smokes so much better, big beefy puffs every time. Get a phunnel bowl with it and it smokes like a dream.
From the looks to the quality of smoke it produces this hookah shines. I have bought cheap hookahs before and I finaly decided to take the plunge and invest in one solid go to hookah. The three hoses make it great for gatherings. I bought Nammor hoses and I'm glad I did because although the stock hoses look nice, the diameter is quite small and I'm assuming the draw would be a little hard. If you get Nammor hoses 2 people can draw at the same time with not to much force. All 3 is a bit hard but its not that hard to wait a few seconds and it's still nice to have 3 so you don't have to pass the hoses as much. The design of this is very classy. I love the classic black look. It comes apart for easy cleaning. I recommend wiping the ball bearings used for the auto seal (which works great by the way) just to keep them from gunking up. Besides that a simple rinse after each use keeps the hookah clean and ready for next time.
i got this hookah yesterday and i must say it looks way better than in the picture. there were a couple of things that disappointed me, when i went to go smoke it for the first time i had trouble getting the stem in the base because the grommet is too big. As far as the shisha that comes with it goes, it doesnt have much flavor. i got coconut and strawberry and coconut and neither had much flavor, if any. I think i just need to get some fumari or al fahker and some natural coals as well, because the self lighting ones ash a lot and dont last very long. Although i wasnt completely satisfied, i must add that the customer service on hookah-shisha is verry good. The bohemian bases also are not painted as pictured, but they still have a cool design on them in the glass.
I picked this up about a year ago, and I have to say between the smooth smoke, the amazing design and style ( the picture really does not do it justice, people are skipping hookah bars to come here to smoke out of this monster. I suggest picking up the ice mod for this as well, drop some ice into that, and some into the base, and grab some of the deluxe hoses from this site, and the smoke is amazing. Big, white puffy smoke, very cool and condensed, and very smoothe. A Must Own For the Hookah Smoker In You!
this is a really nice hookah smokes great better than my old one
Smokes nice. Auto-shut off works, most of the time. Looks Great, the photo doesn't give it justice! Can be upgrade to a 4-hose, but you won't need to. Bohemian isn't painted, but it's really sturdy and has great volume. Hard to fit everything in the case with the wind shield, so leave it out. Mint and lemon recommended. All in all, good buy.
The hookah works great, thick cool smoke. The flow-valves gummed up after a while so I removed the ball-bearings and just use the provided black-wood plugs. Great hookah!!!
It makes a really nice looking centerpiece. Smokes really well and is sturdy. Great choice!
So far its been impressive providing a high quality experience and it looks great.
This hookah is indeed awesome, it looks great, gives a great smoke, and is very sturdy for it's height. I think the Bohemian style base I got with mine helps to make it as sturdy as it is. The auto seal works very well as well.
So i bought this hookah as a christmas present to MYSELF. All my friends have the syrian or egypt style hookahs. Everyone agrees that the mod hookah is much better than those traditional styles. It is build better than the traditional styles. If looks and feels like its worth the money
Just received this a few days ago... love it. Also, I must say Hookah & Shisha Central customer service is by far one of the best. Very happy with this hookah.
