I have a 3 hose custom Maya staff and to be honest the "auto-seals" don't do it for me - They work a little bit but when you hit it you can still feel air pulling through the other hoses and when I experimented and "capped" the other hoses I was getting thicker smoke - I just unscrewed the screw and took out the ball bearings - I would deffinately recommend getting the normal ones -
Perfect for multi-hose Hookahs
Bought this recently and couldnt be happier with it - yes you cant purge with it - but o well, with multiple people hitting it i have not found a time when purging is very necessary -
Pros: Screws on easily with a tight fit so no air leakage, makes using multiple hoses a breeze so you don't have to cover the none used hose - Cons: Makes it a little harder to pull because the ball bearing is there, Cannot purge at all Giving this a good rating because I bought it for multi hose and it works great for that -
I bought this for my mya QT and it works great - I just wish I had been smart enough to order two of the air seal instead of just one, placing an order for a second one right away!
Works great with my mya hookah! "auto-seal" adapter is recommended if you're going to convert your mya to multi hose.
Auto-Seal is a GREAT option, when it works. The ball got stuck 3 times until I got upset and took it out. I was told that you can put vegetable oil on the ball to stop it from getting stuck. None the less, a great product. Even comes with a rubber for the hose. Overall, good!

I've had this hose adapter on my Odyssey for about 2 years now, and I have no complaints. I went ahead and got the auto-seal option on mine in case someone didn't know to hold their finger when someone else was pulling. My one hose hookah is now a two hose hookah, and I have no complaints on its functionality!
Just used this on my Vortex, it fit perfectly and functioned well. I stuck with the non auto seal and am glad I did, because frankly I'm not about to pay 4 extra dollars for the relatively minor benefit of not having to keep a finger over the hose. For $3.95, I'd say the adapter was well worth it, but I wouldn't pay $8 for the auto-seal.
I bought this attachment (non-auto seal) and wasn't sure if it came with a hose grommet. Just wanted to let everyone know that it DOES come with one. And it works GREAT =)
I bought this adapter for my Mya Bambino mini-hookah only to find that it didn't fit. According to the website information this adapter is supposed to fit all Mya hookahs. Be aware when you buy this product that is may or may not fit.
I have an artoo 4 hose that came with autoseal adapters and is truly is a completely different experience, not having to hold the hose tip when not in use is a major plus and a load off, i recommend getting one for every available slot, they are easy to maintain.one downside is when all hoses are autosealed you cannot purge the smoke inside the base when it becomes harsh still working on a way to fix that...
Now I can turn my single hose traditional Mya to a four house auto-seal Mya. I love these things, top quality perfect and easy to clean, even the auto-seal adapters.
