Before I begin my review I would like to compliment hookah-shisha.com's Customer Service. I received this hookah yesterday and it was missing a ball bearing for the auto seal function in one of the hose adapters. I immediately sent an e-mail to them and the Customer Service Rep. Sent me and e-mail that evening saying that they would be sending me some in the mail tomorrow and that I should receive them by the weekend. As for the hookah itself the rotating feature is amazing. It is very smooth and I don't know how I ever managed without it. The hoses are awesome and get everyone's attention. As far as the plastic mouth tips they send you I suggest ordering the outside fitting tips. The ones they send you work but you kind of have to jam them in there to get good seal and they sometimes fall out. I ordered a bag of the outside fitting ones for one of my other hookahs and they did not fit. I thought that I would never have a use for them until I tried them on these hoses and found out that they work better. One of the only downsides that I have found so far is that the opening for the base is a very small and you can't put anything like ice or even the heba diffuser in it it is about the size of a nickel in diameter I guess that you could put cold water in it instead of ice and I don't know how well it will work but I am going to try putting a small amount of metal window screen around the stem to see if that will break up the bubbles and give me the same effect. Also, don't let the picture fool you. This thing is huge! I don't have a problem with its size but I never expected it to be this big and some people may have an issue with that. Another down side to this hookah is that the bowl is very shallow, Now I am not sure if that is good or not but I find that my Shisha gets harsh pretty quickly I might need to pack less in so that the Shisha doesn't touch the foil. All in all I think that this hookah is a very good buy and it will not fail to impress your friends and family!
I've owned this hookah for a month and, don't get me wrong, the smoking experience is still unparalleled, but the dye of the glass sphere has started to bleed and has stained my coffee table permanently. Just something to consider before buying. Great hookah, but the red dye will run.
Absolutely great! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a new hookah, and I bought this one for its looks but it's also of EXTREMELY high quality. 4 people can rip it at once and everyone gets nice thick smoke. My personal favorite part is the detail on the hoses. Beautiful. In all, I couldn't be happier with this hookah or the customer service of this website. If you have the funds, you will not regret buying this hookah!
I bought this hookah a couple months ago and it is absolutely great! Everyone tells me how great it looks, how convenient it is that is rotates, and how good the smoke is. It's a bit of a pain to clean, but what hookah isn't? It's EXTREMELY durable and pretty easy to carry with you. It seems that the only thing people complain about are little factory-type defects. But, this site has EXCELLENT customer service and I'm sure they won't be jerks about fixing/replacing the piece. The rating for this hookah should not be brought down because people aren't responsible enough to take care of their things or contact the sellers. 100% for this hookah!!!! PS: Looks great in all the different colors.
first of all i love the hookah but the one i got had defects.... on one of my hose adapters threads are all messed up and now i cant get the hose adapter to go on all the way or off!?!?! plus the case they give you is just under sized... but dont get me wrong i love this hookah STORE MANAGER NOTE: All our products are covered by a 30 day guarantee - if you ever encounter problems with a product, don't hesitate to contact us!
I really like this hookah....we use to use a small one hose hookah at our parties and it got all my friends started smoking. now that i purchiced this bad boy it is waaay easier to use and you dont have to pass one hose around all the time. plus the hoses are really long and nobody pulls the damn thing over spilling burning coals on 700 doller tables. overall great hookah
IT SPINS 360 degrees, and makes life easy at a party, nothin like a party foul of the coal/carpet variety, not with this bad ass Hookah!
