This is an "auto-seal" hose adapter for our Syrian hookahs.  Screw this on to one of the ports where the release valve sits and add an additional hose to your hookah!  This adapter is compatible with our Chiller, Snake, Glyph, and Engineer Syrian hookahs.

Note: Our latest shipment of Syrian Hookahs have a wider hose connector than previous models.

If your Syrian Hookah was purchased before April 26, 2010 the 10mm size will fit.
If your Syrian Hookah was purchased after April 26, 2010 the 13mm size will fit.

Was a bit skeptical when I first saw this, thinking it is not possible to add an extra Hose so easy - However after I purchased it, i was happy of the result and it was a perfect fit - Definitely worth the money -

Can't say it was good or bad... it comes with no rubber piece to make your hose have a tight seal. having no idea what type of hookah I have i bought the hose adapter and it FITS! Sadly you have to plug one of the hose while the other person inhales.
