Im trying this all natural hookah coal product as I type and I am absolutely blown away! I have yet to try any other natural coal, but I feel I wont have to - Lighting took a while, but compared to the quick light there is no harsh flavor, no ash is getting in the tobacco usually causing scratchy throat and coughing, and it lasts MUCH longer, just as described in the deion - There is a slight after taste, but at the most I would describe it as coconut-y - - - complementary to most any flavor - Two coals did the trick, making the price of 108 sure to set me for many months, comparatively a steal -
These are by far the best coals out there, I've smoked a lot of hookah and used several different types of coals and these take the cake - They don't give off the nasty chemical taste like instant coals and they don't smell either - Granted, they do take about 7 minutes to get going but if you put them on the stove right as you begin setting up you'll have very little wait -
These are hands down the best coals out - - - - i can't think of any that are better - - - - i've tried a lot - - - - - - and nothing out does these - - - - - - -
AWESOME COALS! takes a bit to light up, but gives you ample time to set up your hookah. love em!
I've smoked over 600 of these coals and I have loved every one as my own ; great buy for any hookah smoker!
These are pretty good, the flavor is definitely better than quick lights, which I've been using for years now, and just switched - They lasted about an hour or so for me, worked great with my Vortex bowl -
I give it a 9 out of 10 or 4.5 out of 5.
The newbs will say a coal is a coal is a coal but they are sorely mistaken - Quality coals are as important as quality shisha - There are a number of premium coal brands on this site and these coals are right in there with them - I like using them because I smoke indoors and they do not set off my CO1 detector - They are oderless and tasteless as well, a trademark of an excellent quality coal -
I've been using these for over a year now and these are definitely my favorite coals - They might not last the longest, but you don't get any coal taste and they ash very little - If you're the type of hookah smoker that uses quick ignite charcoals, throw them in the trash and order some of these! Trust me, once you try these, you will never want to use anything else - Both the flat and the cube style work fine - you just have to make sure you have a stove to heat them on, preferably a coil-burner -
I've been smoking w/ these for about a year now and they are the best, no odor and little taste - They best way to light these is to use a electric stove you can buy one from walgreens for like $13 and turn it on high, and let them cook, DON'T FLIP, just let them cook all the way through -
My friends turned me onto these coals - If you use a electric stove to light them they are easy to light - the coals ash very little and burn for over 1 hour -
First off, these are better than quick lights - Any natural coal will be - However, - They aren't uniformly shaped, and they move around the bowl as you smoke, which means you will need to keep an eye on them -
These are my favorite coals, they do not add any flavor to the shisha and they burn nice - they are hot when you need them to be when pulling and cold when you need them when sitting only thing they take a bit longer then others to light so give your self some time - I use three per bowl on my Vortex once a friend and i used 5 the smoke was like youd never believe but it got disgusting very fast, like you would expect but worth it -
First off let me start by saying that i have tried just about every kind of natural coal and instant light coal - The negative reviews you may see for this is because the person did not have the patience to let them light all the way - It should be red on all four corners all the way around - These coals can last for the longest time with just a little bit of ashing needed - I would highly recommend these to anyone - If you are of the impatient sort, set two on the stove or hot plate then use an instant light until the coals are done - You can get your hookah time in and not have to wait on the coals at the same time -
I love these coals versus the quick lights - I get the best flavor off my shisha for a hookah experience that lasts longer - Yeah, they take quite a bit to light but when they do, they stay lit - I really like the fact that they are natural because they do not alter the taste of my smoke -
