I purchased this hookah a while back because I wanted something to take to a friends house/hookah bar/or where ever else - I used it right away and didn't notice much, if any, of a plastic taste - Even though the base is plastic is looks fine and works perfectly - The shape of the base is great because the long neck prevents water from getting into the heart and your hoses and the clear plastic lets you see exactly how much youre filling it up - As far as everything else that comes with this hookah, the quality is great - Id recommend buying a nammor hose, vortex bowl, and mystique ice tip just to complete the essential hookah package, but otherwise even stock, its a very smooth and enjoyable smoke and easy to clean/transport -
I have been smoking hookah for nearly 6-7 years - I finally bought my own hookah a few years ago - Was the cheapest POS ever but it did the job - Finally decided that I wanted a hookah I could be proud of and, after some searching, I landed on the Artoo - It looks amazing and for me is not too big or too small - Ability to add hoses was great - Acrylic base is a polarizing feature but for me it works, as I move my hookah around the house a lot and the base can take the wear - Very satisfied customer -
This is a great hookah!! all in all i have absolutely no complaints - Always air-tight great look easy to clean - And the ability to make it four hoses is just the icing on the cake - I would recommend this hookah to everyone and anyone who wants a hookah that looks as good as it smokes - straight up an awesome buy!
I have a different base but the stem is to die for.it is so easy to pulll
This hookah is identical to the MYA vortex. The only difference is the base. Personally i have been through TWO glass vortex bases it seems to be that with the thread in style stems it puts too much strain on the glass base causing it to crack. while it may not look as nice, the acrylic base for the thread in style hookahs is the way to go!

The acrylic base has much to be desired. It's a decent a hookah but I would not recommend paying this much for it.
I bought this hookah about six months ago, and I absolutely love it. The acrylic base is a nice touch because you don't have to worry about it breaking. The height of this hookah is what I would consider the sweet spot, not to big and not too small. The fact that you can add three additional hoses is a very nice plus. It creates an excellent amount of smoke. Definitely the best hookah I've owned thus far.
