As the other reviewers have stated, this is a great mouthpiece. Sturdy, beautiful, and elegant however compared to the stock mouthpiece I find that its pull is somewhat restricted. If you are looking for something that can take a beating and keep on going this is it. But if you're looking for functionality stick with the stock mouthpiece.
In short, this is a very good mouthpiece but doesn't pull as well as the mouthpiece that comes with the hose. We bought this extra mouthpiece when we also bought the Nammor hose. That was about March. We, my friends and I, originally started with this hose as we paid extra for it and it looks a lot better than the one that comes with the hose. However, it is only better from an aesthetic standpoint. The mouthpiece that comes with the hose is wider, allowing for more pull on the smoke, which in turn allows for a bigger smoke. I would still recommend getting this if you want an extra mouthpiece and are buying the Nammor hose already. It is still a really good mouthpiece, (strong, beautiful, and useful), but it is not better than the mouthpiece that comes with the hose in any way other than appearance and stability. I'm only giving this a bad rating to have people read this review, this is still a very positive review, but the mouthpiece is not perfect.
The mouthpieces that come with the Nammor hose are nice, but after breaking my first one I knew I needed a better solution. I purchased one of these and am anxious to get one for my other 3 Nammor hoses. These are longer than the original mouthpiece and are reinforced with metal so that they will not easily break. My only complaint is that they only come in 2 colors, so I can't color match my hoses. However, they really do allow for a nice, relaxing smoke. If you are picking up some Nammor hoses, consider getting one or two of these to go along with them.
I picked up one of these to try when I got the hose cover for my Nammor hose. I tell you, think thing makes you look legit. It has a solid construction and made from metal, instead of plastic. That being said, I prefer the plastic mouthpiece that the hose came with more Maybe I'm just used to the taste. Also, it might be my worn out hose, but I find when the fancy mouthpiece is on there is minor, minor leakage of smoke from where it connects to the handle. Overall, it's not too expensive, but the plastic mouthpieces for the hose are constructed well enough to not really need an upgrade. Cheers!
