This hookah part is a "check valve" for our large and small Mya Hookahs. With this screwed into one of the ports you can "purge" stale or harsh smoke by blowing into your hookah hose (you must be using a non-autoseal hose adapter for this to work). This release valve contains an internal BB that ensures an airtight seal when smoking your Mya Hookah.
