The reality is that hookah smoking is a thousand year old tradition, and traditionally speaking these are the original "modern" hookah bowl pieces.... the reason they still are the best in my opinion is being unglazed they hold onto heat differently than glazed or more expensive modern bowls.
There isn't much to say. Good or Bad. It smokes wonderfully. The only downfall is that after a while (since it's unglazed) I started to notice that the bowl itself picks up the flavors of the shisha which kind of alters the flavors of whatever you're smoking. But all in all, not a bad bowl.
