Ok - So I did extensive research on this product before I bought it - I combed ALL the hookah forums and every video review on youtube - If you do the same, you will see that the reviews are very mixed - But - - if you want a cheap hookah that exceeds expectations, this is the one - With a few upgrades, this is the BEST hookah that I have ever smoked, ever - I have smoked KM's, and been to multiple hookah lounges - The Mya Mozza out performs them all - Below you will see a list of pros and cons - PROS: Cleaning: This is the easiest hookah I have ever dealt with - It breaks down into like four pieces, all easily washable - Portable: You can bring this thing anywhere, and just use a cheap bottle of wine to smoke out of - So easy to bring around - Clouds: This things rips - HUGE CLOUDS - Affordability: Look at the price tag! You can't go wrong - Cons: The bowl isn't good - Get a vortex or a phunnel - The hose isn't great either - Get a nammor - I did these two things, spent under $100, and have the hookah of my dreams - I swear to you, this hookah is a champion - You wont be sorry -
I was nervous about the packaging but Hookah & Shisha came through - Talk about protection - Bubble rap and those pop corn looking things held everything together - There was so much in the box I had to dump it all out to make sure I got everything - The hookah looks great and I can't wait to try it - Everything that came with the package is amazing - Getting my hookah made my day but the cherry on top was the lollipop that came with the package - It's really the little things in life that makes you smile sometimes -
First and foremost I would like to say that I am very pleased with Hookah & Shisha Central's service - I've never ordered from them before, but I will definitely order from them again in the future - The Mya Mozza is only my second Hookah, but it could very well be my last - I am a minimalist and I liked the simplicity of this hookah right away - I also liked the fact that you could switch out the base with a wine bottle if your base brakes or if you just like the look - I'm glad I read some of these reviews before purchasing this product - I took their advice and upgraded two parts to make one fantastic hookah - The tray that comes standard with the Mya Mozza is ridiculously small, almost to the point that it serves no purpose - I ordered a Large Mod Hookah tray to fix this problem; I did have to buy two 7/16 flat washers at the hardware store to secure the tray to the stem - The second part I upgraded was the bowl - The bowl it came with was fine, but it was nothing special - I opted to go with the Vortex Hookah Bowl - This bowl is amazing, period - So, without spending that much money, including upgrading parts, I am a very happy customer -
i bought this hookah from a local shop - it has a very interesting look to it - it smoked really nice if you make a couple adjustments - first off, the bowl is straight up stupid - it barely holds any shisha and the "screen" it comes with burns the shisha - the other dumb thing is that the tray is tiny, its barely larger than the bowl and makes it extremely hard to ash your coals - THE SOLUTION: get a different tray, get a 7/16 washer, and get a new bowl - the 7/16 washer will fit on the stem and then put your new tray and bowl on for a great hookah at a great price -
I just smoked out of my Mozza for the first time today - It was fantastic - I wanted something a little more portable than my KM, and this really fit the bill - It's easy to carry around the house even after it's assembled as it's quite stable once fully assembled - And broken down, it fits easily into my hookah cabinet - I didn't use the bowl that came with it, choosing instead to use a plain Egyptianit was a great session - The seemingly useless tray that comes with it makes a good shoulder for my KM ashtray, which not only sat well and as solid as it does on my KM, but the larger tray actually looked really good resting on the smaller tray - Looked like it belonged there - With this set up, the KM tray resting on the Mya tray, I found myself wishing I had a slightly smaller wind cover to go over it - The XL windcover towered over the Egyptian bowlbut it sat well and did it's job regardless - The small Heba won't fit into the glass vase but if you've got a rubber band and a small organza gift bag, you'll have no worries if you like to use a diffuser - I like to use a diffuser - But I decided to try the hookah without it at first, it rattled a bit this way, but nothing like the quaking I get smoking out of my Mya Bambino without a diffuser - I'll use a diffuser with it in the future - The vase, by the way, is thick and solid and beautiful - I love it, looks better in person than it does in the photos - The draw is fantastic, the downstem on the Mozza is wider than I expected and I had a great session with it - I'd recommend this hookah to a noob or an old-timer and I can see myself using the Mozza a lot more than I use my KM if for no other reason than it's so easy to take apart and clean after a sessioneven easier than with the Bambino - But, also, because it's a lot easier to cart it around the house -
This is the third hookah I have ever own and I have to say it is simply amazing - Being able to completely take it apart and the way it smokes and the way it works, all of it is top notch - Only two complaints: one the ash tray is way to small, the other is the mouth of the vase is too narrow for a heba to be used - If your looking for a great light easy to use and smoke hookah this is one I recommend
I just got mine in the mail and I ordered it a week ago so the speed was pretty good - When I opened up the package I found the beauty right there - I ordered the mozza and two nammor hoses as well as a vortext bowl, an additional mya adaptor, and a new large mya tray - I highly recommend getting this same exact order, which came out to roughly $130, because it takes the best parts of everything and upgrades your mozza to an even more amazing piece - The metal parts of the hookah are beautiful, simply breathtaking - They are perfectly threaded so that unscrewing and screwing is never a problem and cleaning is a breeze - W/ the nammor hoses, this thing looks amazing - However, if you do order extra nammor hoses, you should get 2 mya adaptors because the one that came with the hookah itself is kind of small but it still works - Hookah-shisha was nice enough to throw in some extra tips and a delicious lollipop as aswell! This thing also stands really beautifully and I like it for its modern look, and I feel like that old hookah look like the KMs is not only tacky but outdated - The base is simple but elegant and is made of relatively thick glass - But watch out, like the other reviews said, this thing has a small footprint so make sure you or your friends don't go tipping the thing and send coals flying everywhere - It smokes amazing! I've been smoking for about 9 years and this thing hits as good as my old KM did, if not better - As an added touch, you can unscrew the stem and stick it in the freezer for even cooler smoke, but you really don't need to as the smoke is cool enough w/ just regular water inside - Overall, this is an awesome hookah - I plan on spray painting a design onto the glass base in the future - Ontop of its looks and quality, this site offers the mozza at a great price too - If your thinking about buying it, just get it, you won't be disappointed!
this hookah is literally the best hookah i've ever smoked - Its tight, sturdy, modern, and hits huge!!! Anyone who is looking for a hookah to start out with or is looking for something a little better than what you already have - I suggest this - Amazing!!
I just bought this hookah because I was low on money and wanted to get a hookah - It only costs $60 but can stand up to $300 hookahs that I have smoked in the past - I was extremely impressed by it - I read some reviews saying it takes a while to start up but it started up really quickly for me - I think it has more to do with how hard you can pull rather than anything with the hookah itself -
I bought this because it looks like something you'd see on one of those alien resort worlds on Star Trek - It's got a simple, understated elegance that looks quite striking when set up - It smokes very well, and the clear glass lets you see the smoke, which is fun - And despite being so tall and narrow, it's really quite stable - I didn't really have a problem with the odd shaped bowl, although the small makes catching ash very tricky - This hookah is almost comically loud and the neck of the base is too narrow to fit a diffuser, but that's not really a big deal - I got used to it - Overall, it's a great hookah at a great price -
This was my first hookah - I bought it because of the simple and modern look of it - It wasn't as pretty as it looks in the picture - The glass base will not be as clear as you thought they would be,but it was still a nice sexy looking hookah - The smoke was great, however, the metal tray was small so you have to be careful when you're smoking it indoor - The bowl looks nice but the pointy thingy was kind bothering me - My suggestion would be like others too - Buy another tray and bowl will make your life a lot easier - Overall, this is an awesome hookah if you make some little changes - You will not be disappointed -
I love this shisha...but as a lot of people have mentioned...the only small problem has got to be the tray!!! The way you overcome that is by screwing the tray on upside down!!! This gives you more room to add any head and also for you to add a larger tray which would catch and coal which may drop!!! I hope this has helped you guys!!! Happy smoking x x x
Been smoking from this for about 2 or 3 months now, and can honestly say I like it better than my old hookah that cost twice as much. Very sturdy, and very sleek and sexy. I too find other more "traditional" hookahs to be a bit tacky, and this was exactly what I was looking for. The extra long hose is also great! Downsides are the small ash tray, which makes lighting, ashing, and generally moving things around a bit difficult. DON'T use this inside on a rug, because you will drop coals, and you will burn holes in it! I just bought a larger tray, but neglected to measure the hole, so its too big, but I can make it work. Also, the carrying tin isn't as convenient as you might think, and having one of the padded bags that comes with other hookah kits would be ideal. I tend to just leave it set up instead of breaking it down every time. Pro Tip: Add food coloring to your water, it looks badass!
This is the smoothest hookah I have ever smoked from. all the fittings are tight and if filled right the water will never go into the hose. The worst part about this hookah is that the ash tray is way too small, and makes it impossible to shave the coal. The best thing about this hookah is that it can be easily modified. If you are going to buy this hookah I would suggest buying a new mya bowl, a larger ash tray, and if desired a extra mya hose adapter to convert into a double hose. Even after doing all this it will cost you less than $100 and smoke like a $300 hookah.
Just got mine in earlier this week to replace my old ice torrent. Couldn't decide whether to get this or really splurge on a gyro, but decided even if I didn't like this, it would be a good travel companion/single smoker so I got it. I've been getting compliments hand over fist about this thing. The hookah itself is very good, but not great. I tried it straight out of the package and was somewhat unimpressed so then I started to work on it. I put on a different bowl with plain old foil and a nammor hose and this thing started to REALLY smoke. The draw is a little constricted but you get used to it very soon. Build quality is excellent, top notch work. Easy to clean since theres no little knooks to dig into. Autoseal feature works like a charm. Purge valve, however, is basically useless. Overall I'd give it a 6.5 out of the tin but a solid 8.5 with a new bowl and hose. Def worth the buy especially given the price. If your considering it, get it. You will not be disappointed.
