This hookah was by far the best investment I could have made originally I bought it for my girlfriend and myself to save money instead of going to hookah lounges all the time - - but once I got the sphynx I realized I had ordered a true work of art my first order from this site was this exact hookah with a blue namoor hose & a medium blue genie base I usually put 2 liters of water in it :] - - - I realized that the sphynx was highly customizable so for my second order I decided to get a flip bowl so much for saving money lol ;when the flip bowl arrived I was thrilled to try it out, unfortunately the thick white grommet that it came with did not fit properly onto the stem kept slipping off so I got to thinking what could I do to fix this? I grabbed the original clear bowl grommet and I wrapped white plumber's tape around it until the "flip-bowl" fixture was snug - - - after that was settled the bowl worked wonderfully and the shisha tasted GREAT! Other than the compatibility with the flip bowl i have absolutely no complaints about this hookah and would highly recommend it for any first time hookah investor or even someone wanting geneally sterdy hookah pipe - I hope my experience helped u get beter perspective of the sphynx and your decision of purchase because for me - - - this is the first and last hookah I will ever buy -
At first I was worried the low cost would mean a dip in quality, as a lot of hookahs this cheap tend to be made out of lower quality materials that wear quickly - But this hookah performs just as well as my friends' hookahs, and I paid a lot less than they did - I upgraded to the black pyramid base and nammor hose, definitely worth the extra money - Anyone who comes over is impressed by the appearance of the hookah and the amazing smoke quality - My smoking sessions last between 40 minutes to a little over an hour, depending on the brand of shisha I use -
This is the first hookah that I have ever bought and I would have to say that I love it - It took a little bit to set it up the first time, but the more times I did it, the faster it went - Great smoking hookah and a definite recommendation from me -
This is my first hookah, and I've got to say its done nothing but impress - My friend who has a similarly sized Nammor hookah at more then twice the price has an almost identical smoking experience - I would go so far as to say mine is better - Its beautifully crafted, but when I got the base, it seemed like it was an older version and it leaked - Hookah-shisha sent me a new one right away - The bowl, while indeed shallow, lasts about 40 minutes of smoke time, depending on your shisha I use Al Fakher -

Great hookah, My First one! i love it so much, it works great and smooth : i would say one thing - get a new bowl and the ball bearing will rust - mine leans somewhat but t is great! i love it :
I've smoked a couple other hookah's before this one, but this is the first one I've owned - To break it in, I had a veteran smoker friend and a few others come over for it's first time - This hookah rips like a champ! My veteran friend was lightheaded after his first few drags - I went to adjust the coal that's included and I could barely stand - Absolutely intense - Rips just the like ones you find in the middle east - Best holiday purchase I've made this year- and I bought a Macbook Pro - STOP LOOKING AT OTHER HOOKAHS AND BUY THIS ONE!
This hookah is my first but not the first I have smoked - I just had my first bowl in it and am most impressed - Everything about it is awesome from the sturdy base to the beautiful construction - With the clay bowl just make sure all holes are actually holes and if not nothing that the good ole drill can't fix right up - I think only one of mine was not drilled all the way - Anyway thick lush smoke on first bowl - It smoked a single bowl of Romman Blackberry Tobacco for 1 hour 30 min without out a break and didn't even get harsh or anything - Oh an the customer service from this site is by far the best of any internet business - Order this hookah now to really experience hookah as it is meant to be - I highly recommend icing the base and using natural coco nara coals -

I love this hookah it produces quality smoke at a perfect size only thing I don't like is the hose but that's quickly fixed with a nammor hose whichs provides you with more draw and smoke!!! I really like the bowl its made out of clay which is pretty cool but might be gettin a vortex to improve flavor :) got this hookah in the red base looses its color but im gettin a green base for free!!! great customer service :)
