I got this bowl and after my third session, the silver coating started to come off. It looked like a bunch of tiny milky colored spots at first and I thought it might have just been some dirt or debris but as I tried to clean it off and the spot got bigger and became more numerous. I realized that the coating was coming off. The bowl is still good and the outside coating is still intact so its not a big deal I guess, still the coating DOES come off and apparently it doesn't take to long for that to happen.
When I got this bowl, the opening was very mishapen too. It was an oval instead of a circle, and so it wasn't air tight over the grommet. Plus, the bowl is very wide but not very deep, so the charcoal always burns the shisha. It looks cool, but is not functional at all. Bad buy
When I first got the bowl, the hole for the shaft looked like it had been misshapen when it was made. After a few minutes with a sander, that was no problem. Fits great now on the bowl grommet that came with the hookah. At first glance, one might think this bowl would get too hot handle. Actually, because of its length, the bowl itself is the only thing that does, allowing the entire amount of shisha inside to be heated up. The lengthy neck of the bowl gets a little warm, but you can definitely pick it up if need be. Nice buy.
