Ordering

ONLINE ORDERS. Orders can be placed online using a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We use an SSL (secure socket layer) encryption certificate from Verisign which is a highly sophisticated encryption software to ensure that your orders over the Internet are safe and secure.

For Gifts: Please make a comment in the "customer comments" field found on the first page of the checkout process (i.e. "This is a birthday gift, please do not send invoice with order").

CASHIERS CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS Shop online and select "Mail Order" as your payment method. Print out your final invoice (including shipping costs) and mail payment to:

Please make money orders or cashiers checks payable to "Hookah-shisha." Please include a copy of your driver's license or government issued identification for age verification purposes. As soon as we receive payment we will process and ship your order.


**NOTE** Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. You must be 18 years or older and all under age people will be prosecuted!

Shipping

All orders are packaged up with the proper and discreet packaging materials so orders arrive in perfect condition. UPS orders usually ship out the following business day assuming you order before 4 pm central time.

Please allow 2 full business days for international orders to be shipped out

Domestic Orders (United States)

All domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping time is 1-5 business days depending on your geographic distance from us (All Hookahs are shipped from Austin, Tx.) and the method of shipment you choose (look at below UPS Ground maps for estimated delivery times). UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes so all orders shipping to P.O. boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service(USPS). Special handling requests (i.e. “leave package behind gate”) can be made in the “customer comments” section during checkout. Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends, so plan your shipping time accordingly.

Canadian Orders

Duties/taxes are due to the Canadian Government and there is very little we can do to about them. Because of Canada’s strict duties we advise that you contact your local customs office to get the most recent and up to date information regarding duties. By law, we are required to ship Canadian packages as commercial merchandise and it is your responsibility to pay for any duties/taxes associated with your purchase. Our advice is that you be prepared to pay the duties if necessary.
Priority Mail International this option usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive but may be longer due to processing at customs. You will be given a USPS Priority tracking number to track your order.
Express Mail International (EMS)This option generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive but may be longer due to processing at customs. You will be given a USPS Express tracking number to track your order.

International Orders


We ship internationally to Mexico, Central America, South America, Australia, Asia, and Europe. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. We ship and label international orders as "GIFTS" to try to reduce the taxes assessed because the order is being used for personal use. However, duties/taxes may be assessed on your order. For exact duty rates please contact your local Customs office for information as each country is different. Also, please choose your shipping method wisely and note the delivery times are simply estimates and your order may arrive sooner or slower. During the check-out process you will choose from the two shipping options below:
Express Mail International (EMS) - With this shipping option your order should arrive within 1-1 1/2 weeks and you will be emailed a USPS Express tracking number when it is available. (RECOMMENDED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHOICE)
Priority Mail International - With this shipping option your order should arrive within 2-3 weeks and you will be emailed a USPS Priority tracking number when it is available (Note: this shipping method can take longer than 3 weeks as it depends on your country's postal service and how efficient it is).
