Heba Diffuser

This item fits my Mya mono hookah perfectly and creates a great smooth and quiet smoke - I like to smoke late at night while others are asleep and the bubbling is quieter - I tried smoking without it to see if it would make a difference and it does - My hookah doesn't shake like it does without it - Great addition!

I love my Heba Diffuser, i got it at first for my Chinese hookah - I had recently bought a km double pear and i know people say it doesn't fit but if you run it under HOT water for a couple minutes the plastic starts to get soft you can get it with a little force to slid up till you hit the KM's notch of the stem - It works great!

DOES: Makes smoking quieter and smoother - DOES NOT: Produce more smoke or better flavor -

i recently just got the diffuser and was trying to put it on my mya collusus - which at the time did not see like a big deal - but after i got it on i tried to place it into the base where it got caught at the narrowing of the neck - where i then used the smaller filter trying to get it to work but the head for the smaller filter is too small for the stem for the collusus which is a big fail so it does not fit all mya hookahs - beware

I love heard bad reviews and good ones - Since I didn't pay for it free with my last hookah purchase here I've gotta say I love it - Breaks up the bubbles and makes it smooth, quiet and amazing - I'd get it, but that's just me -

I'm not convinced that this thing is really that useful except as a "hookah silencer" - It's not terrible, but it needs some major design improvement so it will fit properly on all hookah stems, and it's too expensive - The included instruction sheet claims scientific testing showing that the base water contains "twice as much" residue with this filter than it does without it, but it doesn't provide enough detail such as a link to the study for me to be convinced - Conceptually it makes sense though that smaller bubbles would increase the surface area of the gas/smoke exposed to the water filtering out more particles, but only independent testing would properly confirm and quantify this - Regardless of that, it does work as a silencer should you need less bubbling noise/vibration for some reason - Also, I did manage to get this to fit on the flange of my KM hookah stem by forcing it on the bottom flange rim, but the opening in the stem won't slide down to where the instructions say it should be toward the bottom of the dome - I also cut slits in the top silicone fitting to force it over the flange and did get the opening down to where it should be, but in this case the inner dome/sock thing won't fit - So basically with a KM hookah it can be creatively forced to work to where it will silence/diffuse the bubbles as usual but it won't fit very well and the seal around the stem isn't perfect - So for this to be worthwhile the price needs to be lower and it needs to be better designed, perhaps with different designs or fittings for different hookah types - They need to go back to the drawing board - Personally I suspect that I could do a better job making one of these with some food grade silicone tubing like what the clear "lid" of this is made of of the proper diameter and a Dremel tool to drill holes in it - I really do not believe that they've used any sort of "magic" material for this product that does anything special other than not emit bad-tasting fumes -

I like to enjoy hookah,this thing doesn't let me feel the water bubbling sound that is a must if you're a real hookah smoker -

This product does exactly as described which is why I gave it a good rating but it's just not for me - For me this product takes away the ambiance of actually smoking a hookah - I like the sound a hookah makes and the feel of the drag - I understand that it does make it quiet which is great for some people but I don't need to muffle mine - Also, the large filter wouldn't fit down in my Mya QT or Mya Paragon which was disappointing - The little one fits so the was a consolation at least -

I have a rotating hookah and cut the grommets to fit over the nut on the down stem but yoi need both there is a huge change between one screen and two I set the small one over the stem then the large one the large grommet then the small grommet and its freaking amazing

Yes, my first hookah was a small one, a couple days later bought the nammor Euphrates from here and smoke it a lot - One day I sais I wonder if it makes that much better - I had to put it on in mid smoke because itmakes the draw a lot smoother! A LOT SMOOTHER! DON'T care about the noise difference with the diffuser on makes it quieter - I used hot water to soften the rubber because the downstem flares, but HUGE difference -

This will fit over the bump on a KM stem, you just have to remove some of the rubber to make the hole bigger knife, scissors or dremel or as another review suggested, by softening it in hot water first - If you choose to cut the hole wider, just be sure not to take out too much rubber and make it loose - That little bit of extra work is well worth it though - It took me awhile to get to used to the slightly smoother draw, but I feel like it might let you taste the shisha a bit better - On that note, I'd also recommend the 'hookah flip' bowl for people more concerned with flavor -

I have always used a diffuser on all of my hookahs because I like how it makes the smoke smoother - An added benefit is that it quiets the bubbles significantly, which is nice since I live next to the apartment manager and he is very strict about hookah in the apartment - Also, it says it doesn't fit Khalil Mamoon hookahs due to the flaring on the down stem, but if you run the large one under really hot water for a while it will be soft enough for you to put it on -

I love this product for the sole reason of how quiet it makes my hookah, especially if i'm having friends over for a movie - I'm certain it does help with the smoke, but it's amazing what a difference it makes with noise - Before: "say hello to mah BUBBLESSSSSSSS" Now: "say hello to mah little friendddd! blows heads off"

This product is a must have! Works great by breaking the smoke into tiny bubbles thus making a better draw and better smoke experience - If you smoke often like myself this makes smoking that much better -

The heba diffuser is like a suppressor for your hookah - It makes it so quiet compared to normal it's like you're barely even hitting it - Breaks up the smoke allowing the water to cool and filter it more - Big clouds!
