Howdy Hookah Friends!  We want to make sure that all of your holiday packages make it to you in time for Christmas.  Here is a helpful list of cutoff dates to order by if you want to make sure that your package reaches it's intended recipient before a certain Kris Kringle makes his way down some chimneys. UPS Ground Orders Please refer to the map below to see shipping times from us (Austin, Texas) to you.  Shipping times are based upon geographic location. Please note that while UPS is consistently accurate with their shipping time frames, UPS Ground delivery times are not guaranteed. An increase in package volume as well as unforeseen circumstances such as bad road conditions, large snow storms, or other natural disasters may delay a Ground order. While air packages (UPS 3 day, 2 day, and Next day) provide guaranteed delivery dates, even they are subject to rare delays during major weather events such as blizzards, ice storms, etc. If you are concerned about the timing of your order, we encourage you to select a faster shipping method. UPS 3 Day Orders: Orders shipped via UPS 3 day need to be placed on or before Wednesday, December 18th to arrive by the 24th. UPS 2 Day Orders need to be placed on or before Thursday, December 19th to arrive by the 24th. UPS Next Day Orders need to be placed on or before Friday, December 21st to arrive by the 24th. These shipping times include a 2 business day window where we will process, package, and ship your order. UPS will be closed on December 25th and will resume deliveries and pickups starting on Thursday, December 26th. Please contact us with any specific questions regarding shipping times.
