
What should I expect when I place my order, and how can I track my package?
You will receive two emails immediately after you have placed an order with us: one from Linkpoint, our credit card processor (for your credit card receipt), and another from us with your Order Confirmation. When your order ships, we will also send a third email with a tracking number. For domestic orders (UPS) please allow 1-2 business days after you have placed your order to receive the shipping notification email. For USPS orders (International orders, domestic PO boxes, APO and Alaska & Hawaii) please allow up to 3 business days after you have placed the order to receive the shipping notification email. If you have placed an order and have not received any of the three of these emails, please contact us so we can look into your order and make sure it's processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can track domestic packages through your Hookah-Shisha.com account by clicking on: "my account" > "view previous orders" > "order details", and clicking the (red) tracking number. For international, APO, or PO box orders, enter the tracking number listed on that order invoice to www.USPS.com.
