Where are y'all located? Can I visit, or pick up my hookah in person?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austin, Texas (See our UPS time in transit map), the Live Music and Hookah capital of the United States. Unfortunately, we do not have a customer reception area in our warehouse, nor do we have a "showroom" for you to visit or to shop in person. We strive to make your shopping experience as helpful, informative, and friendly as if you were in a "showroom" and want you to feel comfortable asking questions and really making sure you are happy with your purchase.
