What should I expect when I place my order, and how can I track my package?

You will receive two emails immediately after you have placed an order with us: one from Linkpoint, our credit card processor (for your credit card receipt), and another from us with your Order Confirmation. When your order ships, we will also send a third email with a tracking number. For domestic orders (UPS) please allow 1-2 business days after you have placed your order to receive the shipping notification email. For USPS orders (International orders, domestic PO boxes, APO and Alaska & Hawaii) please allow up to 3 business days after you have placed the order to receive the shipping notification email. If you have placed an order and have not received any of the three of these emails, please contact us so we can look into your order and make sure it's processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. You can track domestic packages through your Hookah-Shisha.com account by clicking on: "my account" > "view previous orders" > "order details", and clicking the (red) tracking number. For international, APO, or PO box orders, enter the tracking number listed on that order invoice to www.USPS.com.

    I ordered the Mini Halloween Hookah on Sunday. I was just wondering if my order was processed or not? my money was taken out of my account but I never received my conformation emails. I was thinking maybe since I ordered on a sunday and because it's a holiday today I wouldn't get them yet. If there is anything wrong please notify me. Thank you.

  • Hi if I order any product from his site when it is shipped to me (Massachusetts)will they require an adult signature . Also will it come in the mail or in an actual package
    • All accounts must be verified as legal smoking age before the package ships, or we can ship your order with a 21+ Signature required.  With a 21+ signature, the UPS driver will need to see your ID before delivering the package.
  • hi I'm 18 and i just read in this site that a 21 and older person is suppose to sign; to me this doesn't seem right that i can be old enough to order it but not enough to actually get it.
  • So I ordered a coal burner, shisha, a screen, and some coal on Sunday. I haven't recieved any information saying you recieved my order. When am I suppose to get that info and my shipping info?
