Don't let that holiday gift arrive late! Here is this year's UPS holiday shipping schedule for our Domestic customers:
UPS Ground Orders:
Please refer to the UPS ground map below for the shipping times, which are based on your geographic distance from Austin. Since UPS Ground orders ship out the following business day, and because deliveries are not made on weekends, any UPS Ground orders placed after today (Friday, December 17th) need to be timed accordingly based on your location. For example, if your order is shipping to Kansas, you'll need to order on or before the 21st, while UPS Ground orders shipping to Upstate New York need to be placed by the end of the day today (December 17th) to have it ship on Monday and have it arrive on the 24th.
Also, please note that while UPS is consistently accurate with the shipping time frames below, UPS Ground delivery times are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as bad road conditions or other natural disasters may delay an order. Only air packages (UPS 3 day, 2 day, and Next day) provide guaranteed delivery dates. If you are concerned about the timing of your order, we encourage you to select a faster shipping method.
UPS 3 Day Orders need to be placed on or before Tuesday, December 21st before 12:00 Noon Central Time to arrive by the 24th.
UPS 2 Day Orders need to be placed on or before Wednesday, December 22st before 12:00 Noon Central Time to arrive by the 24th.
UPS Next Day Orders need to be placed on or before Thursday, December 23rd before 12:00 Noon Central Time to arrive by the 24th.
UPS will only be picking up expedited packages (2 Day, and Next Day delivery) from our warehouse on December 24th, and will resume with their regular delivery times starting on Monday, December 27th (Next Day packages arriving on the 27th, 2 Day packages arriving on the 28th). UPS Ground orders placed after 12:00 Noon Central Time on December 23rd will not ship out until Monday, December 27th and after.
Please contact us with any specific questions regarding shipping times. Have a Happy Holidays, and of course Happy Smoking!
