The bag looks nice and looks to be of high quality but unfortunately it is far from that - The second time I used it the strap ripped off when I picked it up - Thankfully my hookah inside was okay - I still needed to use it so I've just been awkwardly holding it in my arms - The seams on both sides of the zippers are starting to rip as well - The only thing I carry in it is my hookah and a few tins of shisha - So it's not overstuffed at all - I am very disappointed that I spent the extra cash to get this - - -
When I 1st ordered this bag 4 my hookah I was pretty excited, I mean, who doesn't get excited knowing they have a package coming? Anyway, I wasn't 2 happy when it arrived - The material is alright by it's not sturdy enough 2 support the weight of a hookah & mine started 2 rip @ the seams - Also, there r 2 pockets in the interior of the bag that r fastened on with a little thread but mostly velcro so, chances r, no matter what u put in them it won't stay connected 4 very long - I was very pleased with Hookah & Shisha Centrals' customer service - Not only did they offer me a new bag 4 free, which I declined, they also credited my account back - I may not b buying a new bag with those points but I definitely will b purchasing other products from them -
So I just got this product in the mail today and for starters the material it's made out of is much easier on the eyes - I reluctantly purchased the older style carrying bag a day before this product showed up on HS - com and I was very discouraged when I found out - the strap on the old bag that came with my oasis snapped at a party and my base broke :-/ To my suprise when I opened the package on my doorstep today HS automatically sent me the newer style bag - The extra large is just large enough to fit a 28" hookah assembledwithout the bowl - Very Impressive HS :-]
